Candle inventory software FAQ
What is candle inventory software?
Candle inventory software keeps track of what you have on the shelf: how many of each scent you have in each format, like 8.5 oz candles, tins, and wax melts. Good candle inventory software also records why a number changed (a count, a pour, a sale), so you can trust it when you pack for a market.
How is WickSuite different from an inventory spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet holds one number per cell and forgets how it got there. WickSuite keeps a running log, so each number has a history of who counted, what was poured, and what sold. Two people can count different shelves at the same time without overwriting each other.
Can I use WickSuite now?
Not yet. We are rebuilding WickSuite and running our own candle business on it first. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens to other candle makers.
Will it connect to Shopify?
Shopify sync is planned after inventory counts, so online sales come off your shelf count automatically.
Does it handle wax melts and tins too?
Yes. You define your own formats (for example 8.5 oz candles, small tins, and wax melts), and every scent can be counted in each of them.
