1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WickSuite, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

WickSuite is a candle business management platform that helps you track products, supplies, costs, orders, and recipes. We offer free and paid subscription plans.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free accounts have limited features (10 products, 25 supplies).
  • Paid subscriptions (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@wicksuite.com.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

5. Your Data

  • You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the content you create.
  • You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature.
  • You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service (e.g., popular supply categories).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform without permission
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. Third-Party Integrations

WickSuite integrates with Shopify and other services. These integrations are provided as-is. We're not responsible for third-party service outages or changes to their APIs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WickSuite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or availability
  • That pricing data from the supply catalog is always current
  • That calculations are suitable for your specific tax or accounting requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

WickSuite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings.
