When you create an account, we collect:

  • Business data: Products, supplies, orders, vendors, recipes, and batch information you enter into the platform.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Usage data: Page views and feature usage through Vercel Analytics to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the WickSuite service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send important service updates (e.g., password resets, billing alerts)
  • Improve and optimize the platform

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

We take security seriously:

  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS
  • Database connections are encrypted
  • API endpoints are protected with authentication and CSRF tokens
  • Rate limiting is applied to prevent abuse

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Billing → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data (via CSV export)
  • Correct your data (via the Settings page)
  • Delete your data (via account deletion)
  • Export your data (via the Export feature on each page)

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
