What happened to the WickSuite app?
We turned it off in October 2026 to rebuild it. We run our own candle business on WickSuite first and will open it to other candle makers once it has proven itself there. Join the waitlist at wicksuite.com/waitlist to hear when it opens.
I had an account. What happens to my data?
Your data is kept, not deleted. If you want a copy or want it removed, email support@wicksuite.com.
Are the free calculators still available?
Yes. Every calculator and guide under wicksuite.com/tools works without an account.
Will I be charged anything?
No. There are no paid plans while WickSuite is being rebuilt.
