Is WickSuite really free?
Yes! The free plan includes up to 10 products, 25 supplies, and 5 vendors โ€” enough to get started and see if WickSuite is right for you. No credit card required.
How does WickSuite calculate my COGS?
When you build a product recipe (the supplies that go into one candle or wax melt), WickSuite adds up the cost of each ingredient based on the prices you entered for your supplies. This gives you an accurate cost-of-goods-sold per unit.
Can I import my existing data?
Not yet โ€” we're working on CSV import. For now, you can add products and supplies manually or use our catalog to quickly add supplies from popular vendors like CandleScience and Lone Star.
What's included in the Pro plan?
Pro unlocks up to 50 products, 200 supplies, access to our supply catalog with real prices from 2,000+ products, CSV export, batch tracking, and price change alerts. $15/month or $150/year.
Can I connect my Shopify store?
Yes! On the Business plan, you can connect your Shopify store to sync products, orders, and inventory. Go to Settings โ†’ Shopify to set it up.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. WickSuite uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and your data is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We never share or sell your data.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but WickSuite is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. A native app is on our roadmap.
